International Compensation Senior Manager
Are you ready to shape compensation strategy at an international scale? We’re looking for an International Compensation Senior Manager to join our client’s Compensation team. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, delivering data-driven insights and helping ensure compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and equitable across international regions.

Responsibilities
- Advise global HR, Finance, and Business leaders on compensation design and execution
- Lead global benchmarking, salary range reviews, and complex market analysis
- Ensure internal equity and global consistency in compensation decisions
- Support senior-level offers and annual review cycles
- Drive key global compensation projects and continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in-house or in consulting
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with ambiguity
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (think-cell a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills across all levels
- Experience in executive compensation and international structures
