We are looking for a Strategic People Business Partner to play a key leadership role in a major business transformation across our Corporate Functions. What You Will DoYou will act as the lead People Partner for a business division, delivering transformational initiatives and shaping talent strategies across the organisation. Your key responsibilities include:
Strategic Workforce Planning: Identify current and future skills needs, guide recruitment and upskilling strategies, and use workforce insights to shape long‑term plans. Talent & Performance Leadership: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and development strategies; champion performance management, coaching and leadership transitions. Skills Transformation: Serve as subject‑matter expert on our journey to a skills‑based organisation—revamp job architecture, conduct skills gap analyses and embed a future‑focused framework. Employee Engagement & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement, using data‑driven insights to build a positive, high‑impact employee experience. Change & Transformation: Partner with leaders to drive people aspects of change initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment, smooth transitions and sustainable ways of working. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use people analytics and talent metrics to influence strategy, monitor progress and continuously improve performance. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other People Partners, Finance and Centres of Excellence to deliver an integrated people strategy aligned with broader business goals.
What You Will HaveTo succeed you will bring
Proven experience in a People Business Partner role within corporate functions, ideally in a complex or global environment. Trusted executive coaching and advisory skills; confident in challenging, coaching and influencing senior leaders while maintaining trust, integrity and confidentiality. Strategic and commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how people strategies drive business outcomes and customer success. Data‑driven decision making ability—analytical, outcomes‑focused, able to translate data into actionable insights. Organisational change leadership experience, including M&A, restructures and cultural change. Excellent communication skills—able to simplify the complex, engage stakeholders across levels and geographies and align teams around a shared vision. Global perspective and comfort working across regions and cultures, with sensitivity to local contexts and time‑zone coordination. Execution excellence—detail‑oriented, structured, solutions‑focused, able to move from strategy to execution seamlessly.
