We're a team of 200+ working across Europe, recognized by Deloitte, Finder, and others. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us and help improve the customer experience as part of a cross-functional team.

What You Will Do

• Solve user problems from beginning to end: conduct research and implement polished flows and interactions with engineers
• Collaborate with other designers to establish Plum\'s design processes, tooling setup and core principles
• Sketch and prototype ideas with your team to assess viability before refining details
• Use research and testing to validate work and build empathy for Plum\'s users
• Partner with Product Managers to define how the product works and what it looks like in future iterations
• Work closely with Engineers to build, iterate and ship ideas

Who You Are

• A product thinker who cares about the user impact of design decisions
• Design process that puts the human first, using data and research where needed and validating through testing
• Strong communicator who can explain design decisions and receive/give constructive feedback
• Able to work independently but know when to collaborate with others or ask for help
• Fluent in designing for mobile with a strong portfolio of interaction and visual design work
• Understanding of how digital products get built and experience shipping them
• Familiar with iOS and Android design systems; know when to reuse patterns vs. create custom ones
