Senior Project and Change Manager | Energy Technology – Senior Project and Change Manager | Up to £500 per day(Outside IR35)

A Senior Project and Change Manager is needed to join the Technology team, reporting to the Technology Director. This role is crucial in supporting new growth phase and continue help homes and businesses to become greener and more self-sufficient through renewable energy and green tech following its acquisition in early 2025.

The Senior Project and Change Manager play a central role in driving key projects and change initiatives across the business, with a direct impact on our accelerated growth and mission. Senior Project and Change Manager will be a hands-on position where you'll manage a fast-paced, varied portfolio of projects ranging in size, complexity, and technological impact. Some projects will be technology-led, while others will involve senior stakeholders from all over the business. As a Senior Project and Change Manager you will be adept and confident managing external partners, building strong and trusted relationships to achieve the best outcomes. Being the Senior Project and Change Manager, you should be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, possessing strong communication skills to engage all stakeholders effectively.

Paying up to £500 per day (Outside IR35)

1 day per week in the office, Chippenham area

AsSenior Project and Change Manager you will

• Own and coordinate the delivery of key projects, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and prioritisation of different workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and keep internal stakeholders (including the executive team) updated on progress in governance forums.
• Maintain appropriate project documentation and chair required project meetings.
• Lead and manage a small team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, supporting consistent project practices and contributing to high performance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.
• Experience of working and leading complex project delivery, across different business functions and with subject matter experts, making sense of and being able to translate complex industry-specific or project related matters
• Contribute to the development of functional capabilities, systems, and skills expertise.
• Experience of working in both waterfall and agile project environments, and a proven ability to flex approach and style to suit the needs of the project and it’s stakeholders
• Keep the customer voice and journey at the forefront of all interactions.
