Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Leeds (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex technology and transformation projects across a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-value initiatives, while driving best practice in governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Our client is a leading consultancy specialising in digital transformation, recognised for delivering enterprise-level solutions that drive lasting change. With a strong reputation across multiple industries, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technology and transformation projects across a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-value initiatives.
• Drive governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years in project management, delivering complex IT and digital programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at C-suite level.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risk, and change effectively.
• Background in consultancy or multi-client environments is highly desirable.
• Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite).
