Overview

Senior Property Manager — Battersea / London

At Brixy, we’re building the next generation of property management — powered by AI. Our mission is simple: to help letting agencies and property owners operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently — automating the noise so humans can focus on relationships and growth. We work with forward-thinking landlords to modernise how repairs, compliance, and communication are handled — replacing endless email threads with structured, intelligent workflows. We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to bridge real-world property operations and our digital platform — ensuring that landlords, tenants, and contractors experience what great, tech-enabled property management feels like.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Manage repair and maintenance issues using our AI-powered system — ensuring every issue is logged, prioritised, and resolved smoothly.
  • Oversee compliance schedules (safety certificates, inspections, renewals) and keep records organised within Brixy.
  • Conduct occasional on-site checks to verify repairs, quality, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate contractors — from scheduling to completion — and ensure value for money and clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with our product team by providing feedback on how AI tools can further streamline real operations.
  • Ensure that service standards remain high even as automation takes over routine work.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in residential property management.
  • Familiar with health & safety and compliance standards in the UK property sector.
  • Tech-confident — happy to work in digital tools and learn new AI-driven systems.
  • Excellent communicator who knows how to manage relationships with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organised, responsive, and outcome-oriented.
  • Having an ARLA or IRPM qualification is great, but mindset and initiative are valued more.

Why Join Brixy

  • Be part of one of the UK’s most innovative proptech startups transforming property operations with AI.
  • Work directly with founders and engineers to shape real-world automation tools.
  • Hybrid setup — mix of remote work, field visits, and agency meetings across London.
  • Competitive salary
  • Growth path toward Head of Operations as we scale.
