Senior Property Manager - South London - Mon-Fri - £40,000- £48,000 Job Title: Senior Property Manager Salary: £40,000- £48,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:30. One day working from home after probation My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in South London, looking after a portfolio of properties totalling 500+ units. The portfolio includes a mix of ASTs and old rent tenancy for the same landlord. Duties And Responsibilities
Direct management of the property portfolio and the team Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections Meeting and greeting new tenants Co-ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable Insurance claims
Must Haves
Team management experience Strong attention to detail Highly organised and punctual Excellent communication skills both verbally and written A keen problem solver and good under pressure Client facing Strong administration and excellent IT skills Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords Positive and encouraging attitude
