What Youll Be Doing

• Leading senior-level recruitment campaigns for top-tier engineers within the engineering and construction sectors, with a focus on data centres.
• Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates, making matches that last and deals that sparkle.
• Showcasing a proven track record in client acquisition within the data centre market.
• Collaborating with a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Preparing for an relocation to Charlestown, West Virginia in one year.

What Were Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Talent Partner or similar senior recruitment role within engineering and construction.
• Proven background in placing senior qualified engineers, ideally within the data centre market.
• Strong client-winning skills and a track record of business development.
• Willingness to relocate to Charlestown, West Virginia in one year.
• A sense of humor and ability to contribute to a rewarding and fun team culture.
