Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data — City of London | Hybrid, 4.5 day work week | Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Data Recruitment Consultant to have full remit over all incoming permanent data positions and to grow the market further, covering a large patch across the private sector in the UK and The Nordics.

You will join a high performing company where you will get support and development to excel your recruitment career within a profitable and established Technology Recruitment Practice with existing client relationships.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment consultant position where you will manage the entire candidate and client lifecycle from initial contact to aftercare. Responsibilities include:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and providing feedback to candidates
• Attending client meetings, with overseas travel when needed
• Opportunity to host industry events
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and headhunting
• Lead generation through relationship building
• Clear, confident communication and supporting fairness of opportunity

What we are looking for

This role suits a recruitment consultant with experience in data positions in a 360 recruitment role. Ideally you will have experience recruiting data permanent positions.

• Experience communicating professionally
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Data recruitment
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• Desire to be part of a high performing, culture-led agency that values every team member
• Excellent communication and professionalism
