Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)

We’re looking for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants to join a Accountancy & Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for recruiters at all levels who want to build relationships, grow their desk, and make an impact in the finance and accounting market.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across start-ups to large organisations
• Source and place Accountancy and Finance professionals, from junior to senior roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and recruitment strategies
• Stay on top of market trends, salaries, and sector developments
• Drive business development and expand your network
• Deliver excellent candidate and client experience from initial contact to onboarding

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally in Accountancy & Finance
• Experience in business development and growing client relationships
• Confident communicator with consultative, client-first approach
• Ambitious, self-driven, and collaborative
