The Opportunity

Our Transport and Logistics division is rapidly growing. It is a busy, fast-moving, super lucrative industry full of opportunities for skilled recruiters. Join a company renowned for its processes and positioned to be the best of the best. You’ll be part of a very experienced team and mentored by a CPC-qualified senior recruiter with 10+ years of experience. You’ll work on roles right away and have clear promotional pathways from day one. This is a well-established desk with existing clients, high potential, and strong cross-sell opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build your personal brand through social media, phone, and email outreach
• Interview and qualify candidates for live roles immediately
• Manage and develop client and candidate relationships
• Conduct targeted candidate mapping via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources
