Overview Are you an experienced professional with a passion for philanthropy and high-net-worth client management? Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity to recruit for the Senior Relationship Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of High-Net-Worth donors and Collective Fund accounts, overseeing the administration of their charitable giving. You will apply your compliance and grant making expertise to support impactful philanthropy while working alongside a talented, entrepreneurial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence wider organisational initiatives and grow your career in a fast paced, mission driven environment. Responsibilities
Manage complex Donor Advised Fund and Collective Fund clients with a strong focus on client service. Handle financial administration, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and payments. Ensure all activities comply with UK charity law and regulatory standards. Liaise effectively with clients, intermediaries, and third party providers. Support process improvements, team development, and external communications. Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities.
To be successful, you must have experience
Significant experience in grant making and compliance within the charity sector. Proven track record in relationship management, ideally with HNW/UHNW clients. Exceptional communication and client stewardship skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling sensitive data. Proactive, solution oriented, and able to thrive in a fast moving environment.
