KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage your complete sales pipeline using our CRM
• Maintain 40% close rate and 20+ sales per month targets
• Nurture relationships from initial contact through to handoff

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

• Engage with recruitment agency owners and decision-makers
• Educate prospects on scaling strategies and solutions
• Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
• Conduct high-quality phone and video presentations
• Follow proven sales methodologies and scripts
• Collaborate with senior team for continuous improvement
• Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline updates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS sales highly preferred)
• Proven track record selling to SMB owners/decision-makers
• Strong phone and video presentation skills
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems

Ideal Background

• SaaS Sales Professional with consultative selling experience
• Recruitment Industry Experience (agency-side preferred)
• Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience in coaching, consulting, or high-ticket sales

LOCATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
