KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage your complete sales pipeline using our CRM
- Maintain 40% close rate and 20+ sales per month targets
- Nurture relationships from initial contact through to handoff
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
- Engage with recruitment agency owners and decision-makers
- Educate prospects on scaling strategies and solutions
- Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Conduct high-quality phone and video presentations
- Follow proven sales methodologies and scripts
- Collaborate with senior team for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS sales highly preferred)
- Proven track record selling to SMB owners/decision-makers
- Strong phone and video presentation skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
Ideal Background
- SaaS Sales Professional with consultative selling experience
- Recruitment Industry Experience (agency-side preferred)
- Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or high-ticket sales
