Overview

We’re a rapidly expanding team of talented, ambitious individuals based in the heart of several of the world’s biggest centres of innovation and industry. Currently we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Focusing on driving outbound sales into new markets & geographies through your professional network or bespoke search initiatives
  • Managing the business development process from prospecting & negotiation to closure in assigned territory or vertical (including but not limited to cold calling, networking-selling, email campaigns, corporate conferences, and trade shows.)
  • Working with the Client Management function to proactively engage the portfolio of clients that you bring into the business
  • Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turn them into 3S Money account holders
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers, venture capital platforms, start-up incubators, and other holistic professional services.
  • Working with leadership and the product team to strategise on how best to roll out existing and new products
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue

About you

  • 5+ years’ selling financial products, ideally with experience in Virtual IBANs and FX
  • Proven outbound sales experience in specific markets
  • Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability
  • Knowledge and sales experience in at least one of our target industries: Professional Services, Corporate Services and Fund Administration, Commodities, Logistics, Wholesale, EPC (Engineering, procurement, construction)
  • Experience working across global markets, preferably in UK and Offshore markets
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Effective communication skills in English and exceptional customer service skills
