- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (developers, designers, strategists) to deliver innovative, purpose-driven products
- Own the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmapping to deployment and continuous improvement
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements into scalable and impactful solutions
- Ensure technical excellence across products, balancing innovation with security, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, building a culture of ownership and collaboration
- Use data, insights, and market trends to refine product strategies and drive measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven track record in product management at a senior level, ideally within digital agencies or tech-focused organisations
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge of web technologies (PHP/Laravel, or equivalent modern frameworks)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API-driven architectures
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL), cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes
- Skilled in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for using creativity and technology to deliver meaningful impact
Perks
- Mentorship from a leadership team with decades of combined experience
- Opportunity to lead high-profile, purpose-driven projects with global recognition
- Work alongside a dynamic, and creative team that values innovation and growth
- A supportive, collaborative culture that values both excellence and wellbeing
Work Specifics
- 35-hour work week (on-site in Bradford, with hybrid options depending on experience)
- 30 days paid leave per year (full-time)
- Premium workstation setup – MacBook Pro with external screens
- Great coffee and a creative workspace designed for collaboration
