Senior Technical Product Manager role with Salt, a part of a leading Series B funded B2B platform building AI-driven decision technology for the insurance industry. The platform is highly complex, enabling the creation of powerful tools from scratch, fast deployment at scale, and seamless workflows while considering context, data, business rules, and compliance. The position focuses on a specific component of the core platform centered on modelling and requires strong platform thinking and technical challenges. There is significant opportunity for impact and the chance to set the gold standard for modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own a specific component of the core platform focused on modelling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deliver technically complex features.
• Address platform-level considerations such as data, rules, and compliance within modelling solutions.
• Assist in defining product strategy and ensure delivery aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Past experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping products for Developers or owning Developer experience.
• Experience working with technically complex, B2B SaaS products.
• Ideally experience in regulated industry (Insurance, Fintech).
• Bonus points for experience with data science or Python.
