Senior Transformation Analyst

Sciensus is looking for a Senior Transformation Analyst to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis. It's a hybrid role, coming into our Burton at least 2 days a week.

The Senior Transformation Analyst role involves assisting the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements, contributing to the development of business cases and supporting the implementation of transformation projects.

You will provide valuable insights and analytical support to ensure that business solutions align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and validate solutions that address business needs and support in all phases of the transformation project by gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders.
