Overview Service Delivery Manager – Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm. Join SSE Renewables in a key leadership role that ensures delivery of the Operational Management Agreement (OMA) and contributes to the success of Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Limited (GGOWL). This permanent, full-time role offers flexible UK working arrangements. Role At SSE Renewables, we operate the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm (504MW) in a 50:50 joint venture with RWE Renewables from our Lowestoft base. The Service Delivery Manager will lead day-to-day commercial and operational delivery, reporting to the General Manager and GGOWL Board, and working with a wide range of internal and external partners to drive performance of the wind farm.
Champion Safety, Health & Wellbeing – ensure we meet and exceed statutory, regulatory, and internal SHE standards. "If it’s not safe, we don’t do it." Deliver and coordinate performance – lead OMA service delivery across Procurement, Finance, Technical Asset Management, and Legal to meet the GGOWL Business Plan. Drive budget and business planning – own the full budget cycle, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with GGOWL strategic goals. Governance and reporting – prepare, present, and advise on key decisions, escalations, and performance updates for the General Manager and Board. Team leadership – support and develop two Administrators while promoting an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.

Strong commercial and budget management experience, ideally on large-scale (£10m+) projects Experience working in matrix structures, leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver results Proven ability in contract management, service delivery, and managing multiple workstreams under pressure Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – including synthesising complex issues and presenting clear and compelling recommendations at Committee and Board level Experience working in or with joint ventures, and understanding of governance structures (preferred) A relevant qualification (e.g., business, commercial, contract management, analytical or project management) or equivalent practical experience
Experience in offshore wind or renewables is advantageous but not essential.
