OverviewService Delivery Manager – Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm. Base Location: Flexible UK. Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + performance-related bonus + benefits. Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.At SSE Renewables, we operate the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm (GGOWL) as a 50:50 joint venture with RWE Renewables, based in Lowestoft. The role ensures delivery of the Operational Management Agreement (OMA) and contributes to the success of GGOWL through leadership of day-to-day commercial and operational activities.ResponsibilitiesChampion Safety, Health & Wellbeing – ensure we meet and exceed all statutory, regulatory, and internal SHE standards. "If it’s not safe, we don’t do it."Deliver and coordinate performance – lead the OMA service delivery across Procurement, Finance, Technical Asset Management, Legal, and other departments to meet the GGOWL Business Plan.Drive budget and business planning – own the full budget cycle, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with GGOWL strategic goals.Governance and reporting – prepare, present, and advise on key decisions, escalations, and performance updates for the General Manager and Board.Team leadership – support and develop two Administrators while promoting an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.What you will bring / QualificationsStrong commercial and budget management experience, ideally on large-scale (£10m+) projects.Confidence working in matrix structures, leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver results.Proven ability in contract management, service delivery, and managing multiple workstreams under pressure.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including synthesising complex issues and presenting clear recommendations at Committee and Board level.Experience working in or with joint ventures, and understanding of governance structures (preferred).A relevant qualification (e.g. business, commercial, contract management, analytical or project management) or equivalent practical experience.Experience in offshore wind or renewables is advantageous but not essential.
