In partnership with RWE Renewables, we operate this 50:50 joint venture from our operations and maintenance base in Lowestoft.We’re now looking for a Service Delivery Manager – a key leadership role that ensures the delivery of the Operational Management Agreement (OMA) and contributes directly to the success of Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Limited (GGOWL).If you’re ready to lead, influence, and grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven sector – we want to hear from you.As Service Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, the GGOWL Board, and a wide range of internal and external partners to lead the day-to-day commercial and operational success of the wind farm.ResponsibilitiesChampion Safety, Health & Wellbeing – ensure we meet and exceed all statutory, regulatory, and internal SHE standards. "If it’s not safe, we don’t do it."Deliver and coordinate performance – lead the OMA service delivery across multiple departments (Procurement, Finance, Technical Asset Management, Legal) to meet the GGOWL Business Plan.Drive budget and business planning – own the full budget cycle, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with GGOWL strategic goals.Governance and reporting – prepare, present, and advise on key decisions, escalations, and performance updates for the GM and Board.Team leadership – support and develop two Administrators while promoting an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.You haveWe welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Passion, potential, and transferable skills matter just as much as a traditional path.We’re Particularly Looking ForStrong commercial and budget management experience, ideally on large-scale (£10m+) projectsConfidence working in matrix structures, leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver resultsProven ability in contract management, service delivery, and managing multiple workstreams under pressureExcellent stakeholder engagement skills – including synthesising complex issues and presenting clear and compelling recommendations at Committee and Board levelExperience working in or with joint ventures, and understanding of governance structures (preferred)A relevant qualification (e.g. business, commercial, contract management, analytical or project management) or equivalent practical experienceExperience in offshore wind or renewables is advantageous but absolutely not essential.
