You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure services are efficient, consistent, and continuously improving. Previous demonstrable experience in a similar SDM role in a complex technical environment Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management, with experience in incident resolution, SLA monitoring, and service reporting Proven technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders Demonstrable experience of effectively leasing with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels of the business across multiple teams Able to analyse data and identify trends swiftly, using insights to resolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
Other Stuff We Are Looking For
Experience working with key tools like Microstrategy, Helix, Remedy, and Clarity to support service management and reporting Comfortable using data and systems to monitor performance, track incidents, and drive informed decision‑making Skilled in leveraging technical platforms to improve service visibility and streamline operations Knowledge of Wholesale Telecommunications
