Azure Solutions Architect - £85,000 - FinTech - Manchester / Hybrid

G.Digital are supporting a leading global organisation with the growth of their Enterprise Architecture function and are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with strong applications expertise to join them on a major transformation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-scale programmes covering digital and cloud transformation, greenfield development, applications re-engineering and large-scale integration projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Designing and documenting architectures across major transformation initiatives.
• Working closely with global, diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects.
• Advising stakeholders on system architecture approaches and best practice.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect across applications, microservices, cloud, APIs, and BPM.
• Strong knowledge of architectural concepts, methodologies, design patterns, UML/BPMN (exposure to ArchiMate/BizzDesign is a bonus).
• Hands-on exposure to Azure cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Track record in delivering large-scale, complex integrated IT solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – confident presenting at all levels.
• Ability to manage priorities, work to tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
