Overview

A product-led GenAI company is hiring a GenAI Solutions Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of real-world AI workflows. Their no-code platform enables legal, compliance, and financial services teams to automate complex, document-heavy processes with auditability and control.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and product—embedding LLM-powered workflows into live client environments while influencing the product roadmap from the front lines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business needs into secure, production-ready GenAI workflows
• Prototype, configure, and test document-based automations (RAG, agents, validations)
• Support client onboarding, training, and documentation
• Work with engineering to deliver robust integrations and features
• Feed delivery insights back into product and commercial teams
• Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days/week in a central London office
• Visa Sponsorship: Not currently available

What You’ll Need

• Experience delivering GenAI-powered solutions in client-facing roles
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LLM tooling (e.g. LangChain)
• Ability to prototype with tools like Streamlit or Jupyter
• Understanding of ML/DS techniques (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience working in fast-moving product or consulting teams
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across engineering, product, and commercial
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or similar
