Role: Lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights to support client decision-making and long-term growth.

The role includes:

• Managing projects independently and leading small teams
• Conducting primary research and strategic analysis
• Presenting recommendations to clients and facilitating workshops
• Acting as a key client contact and identifying engagement opportunities
• Providing operational support and structuring complex problems
• Contributing to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

The candidate should have:

• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in strategy consulting or strategic corporate roles
• Master’s degree (MBA or technical background preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing
• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven attitude
