The responsibilities include:

1. Managing projects independently and leading small teams
2. Conducting primary research and strategic analysis

4. Acting as a key client contact and identifying engagement opportunities
5. Providing operational support and structuring complex problem-solving
6. Contributing to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

The candidate should have:

1. Fluency in German and English
2. Experience in strategy consulting or strategic corporate roles
3. A Master’s degree; MBA or technical background preferred
4. Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
5. An entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing
6. A proactive, client-focused, and results-driven attitude
