Responsibilities

Strategy Project Consultant – German speaking
Location: London
Hybrid work: 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Main duties:
To lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

The role:
– Manage projects independently and lead small teams
– Conduct primary research and strategic analysis to inform decision-making
– Present recommendations to clients and facilitate workshops
– Act as a key point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for engagement
– Provide operational support and structure for complex problem-solving
– Actively contribute to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

Candidate's Profile

– Fluency in German and English is essential
– Experience in a strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role
– Master’s degree required; MBA or technical background preferred
– Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
– Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing
– Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven
– Open to international travel
