Overview

Account Manager specializing in IT Recruitment at Network IT — Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office Weekly). Contract: Fixed-Term (Finishes July 2026).

Network IT is recruiting for a Senior SuccessFactors Specialist to support the implementation of Establishment Control and Position Management within SAP SuccessFactors. This role will play a key part in enabling efficiencies, improving reporting, planning and forecasting, and ensuring accurate personnel data management across HR and Finance systems. Working as part of a small project team, you’ll combine hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors with strong business analysis skills, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the optimisation of SuccessFactors and support wider HR and Finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current Position Management processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control through Establishment Control.
  • Elicit, challenge, and validate business requirements, ensuring they translate into robust system and process solutions.
  • Lead workshops and engage with multiple stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
  • Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management, ensuring alignment across dependent modules.
  • Consolidate and cleanse data to support solution implementation.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, and communications to embed new processes.
  • Produce clear documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Provide short-term line management support to project team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management, including its impact on dependent modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, organisational structures, and data management.
  • Demonstrable business analysis experience on SuccessFactors implementation or optimisation projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to use both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Strong data analysis skills, combining multiple sources to solve business problems.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to deliver pragmatic solutions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships internally and externally.
  • SAP certification or relevant SuccessFactors training.
  • Experience of line management or mentoring.
