Role: Senior SuccessFactors Specialist (Establishment Control & Position Management)

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 3 Days In-Office Weekly)

Salary: £53,000 - £56,000

Contract: Fixed-Term (Finishes July 2026)

Network IT is recruiting for a Senior SuccessFactors Specialist to support the implementation of Establishment Control and Position Management within SAP SuccessFactors. This role will play a key part in enabling efficiencies, improving reporting, planning and forecasting, and ensuring accurate personnel data management across HR and Finance systems.

Working as part of a small project team, you\'ll combine hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors with strong business analysis skills, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the optimisation of SuccessFactors and support wider HR and Finance transformation.
