What we are looking for:

We're looking for a sharp, organised Talent Coordinator who keeps the people experience running seamlessly from first impression to first day.

What you will do:

  • Candidate Experience & Recruitment Support
  • Post job ads across platforms, making sure they're sharp, clear, and on-brand.
  • Leverage sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify talent and build pipelines across geographies.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across global time zones with accuracy and care.
  • Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported from first conversation to offer.
  • Act as the go-to contact for candidates, ensuring every interaction feels polished, personal, and people-first.
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork with precision.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications so every new joiner feels ready and welcomed on day one.
  • Systems, Data & Process Management
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure pipelines, records, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, templates, and SOPs so processes are consistent, efficient, and scalable.
  • Track and report on key recruitment and onboarding metrics, providing visibility into progress and performance.
  • Support compliance and data integrity across global hiring and onboarding practices.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Talent, and hiring managers to keep every step of the hiring process on track.
  • Act as the connector between candidates, hiring teams, and the wider People function to keep momentum and clarity across both recruitment and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships across global teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Requirements

  • Organised to the core, with the ability to juggle moving parts without losing sight of the details that matter.
  • Warm, approachable, and confident in your communication.
  • Curious and proactive, spotting opportunities to improve processes and elevate the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and your team.
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating recruitment processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong command of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the discipline to keep data clean, accurate, and reliable.
