Overview

This role involves a minimum of 2 days per week in our Newcastle office. What will your typical day look like? Different that's for sure… As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Atom bank, you will be a trusted partner to the business on all things Recruitment. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different areas of the bank, including Finance, Risk, Commercial & Operations within Atom and deliver innovative solutions for hard to fill roles by using various attraction & sourcing techniques. You'll use your expertise and market knowledge to advise hiring coaches on effective hiring strategies, whilst also providing realistic timescales and highlighting challenges & opportunities. This isn't a transactional role, we're looking for someone who goes beyond filling vacancies. You'll be a true partner: proactive, solutions focused, confident in providing challenge where needed, and spotting opportunities to improve how we hire as we continue to evolve in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Partner with various stakeholders across Atom to define & refine recruitment processes, advise on best practice, and gain a deep understanding of roles and their requirements.
  • Strive to provide an exceptional Candidate Experience to enhance our Employer Brand.
  • Analyse Talent Acquisition trends to identify opportunities and challenges in our hiring strategies.
  • Develop & implement numerous assessment techniques.
  • Continually build relevant Talent pools and networks to enable hiring at velocity in the future.
  • Provide guidance to hiring coaches on effective interview and evaluation methods.
  • Track, monitor and maintain Talent Acquisition data to enable reporting.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Considerable experience of In-house recruitment ideally in business areas such as Finance, Commercial & Operations.
  • Demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates for hard to fill roles.
  • Be inquisitive, tenacious, proactive & resourceful.
  • Solutions focused with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment process best practices.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills to be able to influence and negotiate.
  • Be commercially aware and able to balance the needs of candidates with business demands.
  • Experience using Google Workspace.

Salary and Benefits
