Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of 32Co by ensuring we hire the very best people. You’ll partner with hiring managers to design and run recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll be joining a small, agile Talent team of two, which means you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to directly shape how we scale. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, giving you the chance to directly influence the talent that powers our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead hiring processes across multiple departments. You will manage multiple hiring processes across different departments.
  • Attract exceptional talent. You’ll use creative sourcing approaches to engage both active and passive candidates for all areas of the business.
  • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with department heads to define role requirements and provide proactive hiring updates to key stakeholders.
  • Commit to an excellent candidate experience. You’ll ensure a smooth and positive interview process from initial outreach to offer.
  • Ensure data is accurate. Maintain an up-to-date ATS and use data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Champion our vision. Represent 32Co’s mission, vision, and values in interviews as a first point of contact for candidates.

Requirements

  • Your enthusiasm and dedication for hiring is evident. You have prior agency or internal recruitment experience and can run end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • High-volume recruitment capability. You’re energized by fast, scalable hiring while maintaining quality.
  • Tech hiring savvy. You know how to find and engage great technical talent and can hire across different areas.
  • Flexibility. You adapt to change and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Strong communication. You excel in written and spoken communication and in building connections with candidates.
  • Organised. You keep recruitment processes running smoothly, keep candidates updated, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Proactive by nature. You anticipate needs, prioritise effectively, and continuously learn.
  • Hybrid role preference. Our office is based in Hoxton with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
