Team Assistant – Tech Investments Firm

12-Month Contract | West End (Hybrid)

Up to £55,000 + Excellent Bonus & Benefits

A highly regarded boutique investment firm specialising in AI and technology is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a dynamic team of five investment professionals. The company is part of a broader, well-established corporate finance group and offers a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.

The Role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Key responsibilities include:

• Diary and complex travel management
• Coordination of client meetings and high-end networking events
• Acting as a liaison between internal teams and portfolio companies
• Organising breakfast seminars and ensuring attendance at key industry conferences
• Supporting the marketing team with event logistics (note: this does not include creative work)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services or a related sector
• Strong interest in technology or events
• Confident, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Able to manage competing priorities and work with initiative
• Available immediately or on a short notice period (not suitable for 1-month+ notice)
