Team Leader

Slater and Gordon are a legal services business powered by technology and led by people that support customers in every step of their case. Due to our continued success, we are now looking for a Team Leader to look after a team of telephony and customer support staff.
The Team Leader will support Advisors in their day-to-day role, and in a supervisory capability to manage performance in the team and ensure delivery of key performance indicators to ensure customer service standards are met.
You will be supporting team members with general administration, assistance with new enquiries, gathering documentation, photos and information a part of the intake triage process.
You will be responsible for ensuring a pro-active and high level of client care and compliance with the National Practice Standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of clinical negligence law and practice.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and relevant practice and business IT systems, particularly Partner & PIMS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to think logically and analytically
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders
- Commercially aware and highly motivated
- Proactive with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
