My client is a growing, values driven agency based in West Yorkshire. They are 20 people strong and focus on value-led projects with a strict code of ethics. The team is friendly and ambitious; micromanagement isn’t welcome, and rewards are based on merit with regular pay reviews.

Technical Product Manager role

This is a new role within the business. Projects are currently managed by the Devs and MD, but a standalone Technical Product Manager is now needed due to growth. You will be central in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, liaising with clients and the in‑house tech team, and helping to formalise processes to manage timelines and budgets. This suits a detail‑oriented individual used to the fast‑paced nature of an agency/consultancy. Familiarity with PHP + Laravel is advantageous.

Essential skills

  • Proven commercial experience in a project or delivery management role within a product/digital/agency/consultancy setting
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
