Overview

A Site Based Technical Operations Manager is required for a bustling site in the North London area. Due to a very quick internal promotion our client is seeking a new TSM/Ops Manager to run this site. The candidate should be confident, competent, and flexible, with overtime available due to the nature of the site. If you have a logistics operations background or events background within an M&E Hard Services career, that could hold you in good stead for this environment; alternatively, a FMCG or Manufacturing background is acceptable. The post is focused on Compliance and requires understanding of M / E / Fabric. You will be managing a team of engineering operatives, including supervisors and site managers. The workplace is exciting, interviews are ongoing, and the client is ideally looking to interview and appoint ASAP. Must come from a Hard Services M&E FM background and be fully qualified.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineering operatives including supervisors and site managers.
• Ensure compliance across mechanical, electrical, fabric, and facilities services on site.
• Coordinate operations to meet site demands with flexibility for overtime.
• Support rapid interviewing and appointment processes as the role requires.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Hard Services M&E FM background and fully qualified.
• Experience in logistics operations or events within M&E Hard Services is advantageous; FMCG or Manufacturing backgrounds are also acceptable.
• Strong focus on compliance and a solid understanding of M/E/Fabric.
