Job Description:

We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ Years PQE. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). JOB REF: 0609

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 Years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for new development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation for residential sales and mortgage security compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring departmental compliance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Work in a collaborative environment that values expertise and professional growth.
