- Be a proactive sales dynamo: fuel our growth through cold calling, smart networking, and referrals. Outperform goals and make waves with your impact.
- Become a master relationship builder: act as the face of Newcross for SMB clients. Build lasting connections and deliver a high-value, personalized experience that earns repeat business.
- Leverage market intelligence like a pro: use CRM data, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor outreach, unlock new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead.
- Own the deal as a negotiation ninja: navigate objections, influence decision-makers, and close deals with precision through the pipeline.
- Champion collaboration: work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and stellar service delivery. Your feedback will shape strategies and elevate performance.
Who You Are
- Not just a sales professional — a high-energy sales trailblazer with experience in business development, particularly in acquiring SMB clients.
- Results-focused with a track record of hitting targets and qualifying/closing deals using effective sales methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors is a plus; you can articulate compliance and value clearly, build trust quickly, communicate effectively, and negotiate like a pro.
- Loves cold calling, thrives on rejection, and excels at lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven ability to qualify and close opportunities in an SMB-focused environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with CRM usage, data-driven outreach, and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting and travel as required within the territory.
