Location: Hybrid – Cardiff (Hub Office up to 4 days per week – Cardiff)

Salary: From £30,000 + £15,000 OTE and Uncapped Bonus

Reporting to: Head of Customer Onboarding

• Become a Master Relationship Builder: Act as the face of Newcross for SMB clients. Build lasting connections and deliver the kind of personalized, high-value experience that makes clients say “yes” again and again.
• Leverage Market Intelligence Like a Pro: Use CRM data, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor outreach, unlock new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead.
• Own the Deal as a Negotiation Ninja: Navigate objections, influence decision-makers, and close deals with precision. You’ll guide prospects through the pipeline like a boss.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and stellar service delivery. Your feedback will shape strategies and elevate our performance to new heights.
