Job Description

Looking for a UX Designer that will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll transform business needs and user insights into seamless journeys that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs through research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that address both user goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain design documentation, guidelines, and standards to ensure a unified user experience.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research methods, and analytics tools.
• Good understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UI design and visual design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
