Connecting brilliant Product Managers & Delivery Leaders with high-growth UK tech companies

Role: UX Designer

Location: Manchester – (largely remote + monthly team meet-ups)

Salary: Up to £45,000

We’re partnered with a leading software company building digital platforms that power pension and employee benefits solutions across the UK. They’re on a mission to become a truly UX-led product organisation, and are looking for a UX Designer to join their growing design team.

You’ll work across a variety of projects - from new product launches to redesigning existing journeys and portals - and play a key role in shaping a brand-new CRM platform that’s central to their future plans. It’s a chance to work on complex, B2B SaaS products that make a real impact, while helping elevate the role of design across the business.

What you’ll focus on:

  • Leading the UX design for a brand-new CRM platform and other key product initiatives
  • Running usability and validation testing & support from a user researcher for discovery work
  • Presenting and defending your design decisions confidently, including to senior leadership
  • Contributing to a design team that’s driving a shift towards more UX-led ways of working

Who they’re looking for:

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products/working in a design agency would be beneficial
  • A portfolio showing your end-to-end process – from identifying user problems to measuring outcomes
  • Confident communicator who can challenge assumptions and advocate for the user
  • Experience with Figma (or willingness to learn quickly), plus tools like Zeplin, Miro and Jira
