Does this sound like you? You are a passionate User Researcher eager to make an impact in a fast-growing financial scale-up. You bring experience across a range of qualitative research methods and are excited about shaping user-centred products.

What you’ll do

  • Planning, conducting, and analysing usability tests and other evaluative research methods
  • Translating insights into actionable design recommendations to enhance our products and services
  • Running workshops with stakeholders to explore and validate research findings
  • Leading user research sessions with existing clients to uncover opportunities for improvement

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years of experience delivering impactful user research, ideally within an agile product team
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and UI design best practices
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of research methodologies
  • Natural empathy for users, demonstrated through insightful facilitation and engaging workshops
