What You Can Expect
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects.
- Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

- Foundational knowledge of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with design tools for creating prototypes and design systems.
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and analysis of insights to inform design decisions.
- Work within cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions and design solutions.
- Offer creative ideas in client discussions and internal projects.
- Support senior team members in design initiatives and client proposals.

- You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer (User Experience, User Interface, User Research) with a passion for creating user-centred designs.
- We’re looking for designers who understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process. You’ll help shape smart, responsive products while using tools like generative design, prototyping with AI, and prompt-based exploration to work faster and more creatively.
- Comfortable working across PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Transport
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work independently on design tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and peers.
- Eagerness to contribute to internal digital design initiatives and stay updated with industry trends.
Assessment process
- Round 1: A competency interview (45 mins)
- Round 2: Case study presentation (60 mins)
- Final round: Meeting with a PA leader (60 mins)
