About Us

Our services span eight sites in and around the Harley Street medical district, including our award‑winning Cancer Centre, with 10 theatres, 13 intensive care beds, and advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities.

As a charity, we reinvest every surplus into developing our people, advancing technology, and improving the care we deliver.

  • Produce regular workforce reports and forecasts that provide clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and coaching to roster leads and managers to strengthen consistency and capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workforce systems and processes, improving transparency, control, and overall efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience implementing and optimising an e‑rostering system (ideally HealthRoster) across a complex healthcare organisation.
  • Proven experience leading a temporary staffing function and delivering a flexible, cost‑effective service.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and establishment control, balancing safety with financial efficiency.
  • Skilled in analysing workforce data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Confident communicator, able to guide, influence, and challenge managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • High attention to detail, producing accurate and timely workforce reports that inform decision‑making.

Benefits

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Contributory pension scheme (total contribution up to 20%)
  • Life assurance
  • Travel season ticket loan
  • Family friendly benefits
  • A range of retail discounts
  • Excellent career development; with clear career pathways and access to further education.
