Acquisition Manager Individual Giving and Membership – Royal Osteoporosis Society

Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Location: Hybrid basis or remote if you live some distance from our office. Up to £41,061 per annum plus benefits.

In this role, you’ll optimise and develop our supporter and member acquisition programme. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, you’ll recruit, welcome, retain, and reactivate individual supporters and members, ensuring the best experience and maximising lifetime value. You’ll work closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager as required. You’ll expand the acquisition portfolio and manage a variety of acquisition and reactivation methods and channels to attract new audiences to ROS, including Face to Face, Digital, Telephone fundraising, Weekly Lottery and Lead Generation.

Location note: Depending on your location, you may work on a hybrid basis (attending our Bath office at least 20% of your time each month) or remotely if you live further away.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a range of direct marketing/fundraising channels and campaigns.
  • Be highly numerate and able to set and manage business plans and budgets.
  • Use CRM databases and data to provide audience insight.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Innovative, highly organized, self-starter with the ability to plan and deliver campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
