Job Title: Entry Level Reconciliation Analyst

Location: Manchester/Hybrid (four days per week in the office)

About the Role

As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash and security reconciliations. This entry-level position offers you the opportunity to develop your skills with comprehensive training provided. You will work within in-house systems, delivering reconciliations that meet agreed deadlines and standards.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct cash and security reconciliations with precision.
• Engage with various teams to ensure smooth and timely reconciliation processes.
• Utilise strong Excel skills to analyse data and maintain accuracy.
• Develop an understanding of risk and control awareness in financial processes.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or postgraduate with a keen interest in banking and finance.
• Proficient in Excel, with a knack for data analysis.
• An excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in roles emphasising risk and control awareness is a plus but not required.
