Analyst/Medical Writer
4 Days Old
Analysts and Medical Writers work on projects involving detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the creation of materials that present this analysis in various formats. Deliverables include posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer‑reviewed publications used by clients in communications with external stakeholders, contributing to the uptake of novel therapies. The work is project‑based and you will typically manage multiple projects across different disease areas. You will work in project teams with experienced colleagues who provide one‑to‑one training in technical aspects of the role, including project management and effective client communication. Delivering project work requires close collaboration with clients, and after a successful induction you will increasingly participate in teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders.
Costello Medical is structured into teams focusing on medical communications, health economics services or a specific healthcare sector. You may indicate an interest in joining a specific team in your application. On joining, you will be assigned a "home" team based on your interests, skills and current business needs. Where possible, analysts and medical writers work cross‑divisionally with at least one additional team to develop a broad understanding of the company’s services and clients.
