We’re looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to support and enhance core insurance platforms used across underwriting, claims, and back-office functions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve systems like Subscribe, Exact Advantage, and other market-leading applications.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and contribute to system rollouts, documentation, and user training — all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance core insurance platforms used across underwriting, claims, and back-office functions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and contribute to system rollouts, documentation, and user training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve systems like Subscribe, Exact Advantage, and other market-leading applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting insurance applications (Subscribe, Exact Advantage, etc.).
  • Strong SQL/database skills and familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • A background in the London Market or Lloyd’s insurance systems.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
