Overview

The role will cover user administration, investigating and resolving technical issues, and helping to improve system performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across different teams and provide clear, friendly support to end-users when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for business-critical systems across broking, policy administration, and claims.
  • Manage user administration and investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in improving system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams and provide clear, friendly end-user support.

Skills & Experience

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in application, technical, or business systems support.
  • Familiarity with the Acturis platform (or other insurance systems) and a willingness to learn more in depth.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Insurance industry knowledge or experience (desirable, not essential).
