Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation? We're looking for an Application Consultant to join our Consultancy Team, supporting our customers and distributors across a diverse portfolio of software applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our applications and how customers use them in real-world business settings.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, document new functionality, and see projects through from concept to delivery.
  • Lead implementation projects for new customers — reviewing their business processes, identifying needs, and configuring solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Document all site visits, manage issues and action lists, and ensure full visibility across every stage of a project.
  • Take ownership of support queries — investigate, replicate, and resolve issues while keeping customers updated throughout.
  • Liaise closely with developers and testers to ensure solutions are clearly defined and fully validated.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional resources and maintaining strong communication throughout.
  • Assist with pre-sales preparation, demonstrations, and presentations to prospective customers (future opportunity).

What You Bring

  • Experience in the apparel/fashion industry or a related commercial environment.
  • A solid understanding of ERP or commercial application software.
  • Confidence with Windows and/or Unix/Linux systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities — you'll be working closely with both customers and internal teams.
  • A logical, analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with Help Desk systems and Accounting applications (desirable).

What's in It for You

  • Hybrid working flexibility - primarily home-based with occasional travel to our Leicester office or client sites in the UK and Europe.
  • Structured training and mentorship - comprehensive onboarding either in-office or via Teams.
  • Career development opportunities - regular performance reviews (initially at 6 months, then annually) and ongoing skill development.
  • Competitive benefits package - 20 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), with room for growth.
  • A dynamic and supportive team culture - work with professionals who are passionate about delivering great results and supporting one another.
