Square is building integrated, omnichannel solutions to help sellers grow their businesses. The opportunity focuses on developing and leading a team of Business Development Representatives to deliver monthly performance and develop talent, ultimately increasing revenue growth and expanding the customer base. This role reports to the Director of Business Development and is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days in the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily coaching and professional development to a team of Business Development Representatives, including weekly 1:1 meetings, shadow sessions, call coaching, and co-selling
  • Grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training of new BDRs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategies
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to execute against monthly quota targets
  • Contribute as a key member of Sales Leadership at Square

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role and 1+ years in sales management or sales team leadership
  • Strong time management, leadership, and analytical abilities
  • Coachable, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills to deliver feedback, lead team meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Passion for Square and Sales
  • Ability to coach and develop team members, including performance management of reps, outbound calls and shadowing, and pipeline management
  • Experience hiring, training, and enabling reps for success

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days in the London office.
